Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling end-to-end responsibility of managing operations
2. Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely service delivery to the customer
3. Acting as an interface with customer to resolve any queries and keeping constant customer support
4. Processing and managing accounts and billing
5. Assisting in financial planning
6. Handling weekly and monthly management reporting across business operations & management
7. Developing performance metrics
8. Managing on ground operations with help of partner, customer, and vendor network
9. Working with minimal/moderate supervision
