About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle daily customer and collaboration calls
2. Support team for the back-end operations
3. Coordinate with the team for closing collaboration deals
4. Answer clients potential questions and follow up with them
5. Maintain an Excel of customers/clients information
6. Manage customers before, during, and after service
7. Manage feedback and reviews from customers
