Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring that all B2B and B2C invoices are recorded in the accounting system
2. Ensuring that B2B collections are done as per the agreed payment terms, by sending invoice reminders and communication with respective sales teams
3. Posting customer payments by recording online payments, cheques, and entering them into the accounting system
4. Performing B2C and B2B collection reconciliations (reconciliation of payment gateway, channel partners, and bank accounts)
5. Performing periodic reconciliations (quarterly/half-yearly/annual) for all B2B customers after obtaining customer balance confirmations
6. Performing aging analysis for all B2B customers
7. Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
8. Working on performing month-end activities as per the month-end schedule
