About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Onboard new merchants on the platform
2. Monitor daily station operations & ensure that organizational targets are met without any compromise on the customer promise
3. Ensure a safe work environment for all associates
4. Review the work forecasts and determine the productivity
5. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
6. Manage external vendor relationships and performance
7. Solve problems for engaging and challenging projects
8. Help develop partner relationships and bring new supply
9. Submit tasks on time
10. Onboard new sellers/startups (virtually)
11. Upload seller data regularly
12. Manage sellers on-call or in the field

Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

3. are available for duration of 2 months

Other requirements
1. Must be flexible to work on weekends and/or in evenings
2. Should be able to manage a minimum of 20 employees
3. Should have analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve and prioritize with little guidance
4. Should have excellent communication skills
5. Should have the ability to use the computer and wireless technology
6. MS-Excel skills
7. Should have Kannada and Hindi verbal skills (mandatory)
