Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Guiding a learner and ensuring that the learner completes the course with the required number of grades
2. Working on consistent planned engagement with the learners
3. Providing guidance through the course curriculum and ensuring that the learner attends all the classes
4. Finding out the gaps in learning behavior
5. Increasing learner engagement, addressing the complaints, and improving learner satisfaction
6. Acting as a single point of contact for the learners for addressing the queries
