As an operations intern, we see you as someone who is capable of streamlining various processes over the coming few months and can help us navigate roadblocks while we conduct user trials in Bangalore. If you are someone that likes to be on top of things at all times, is highly organized, and enjoys getting things done as efficiently as possible, you would fit right in!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Schedule calls between alpha testers and team members, book calendar slots, manage customer relationships, etc. on a day-to-day basis
2. Handle customer complaints, direct them towards appropriate solutions/alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution
3. Vet potential alpha testers by scoring profiles on relevant parameters
4. Help design and assemble ingredient kits to be sent out to alpha testers during user trials
5. Contact vendors and arrange for all material requirements during user trials
6. Ensure all processes are streamlined, identify any roadblocks, and communicate the same with the rest of the team

Requirements:

1. Should be process-driven, an effective communicator, and appreciate a dynamic work environment
2. Should understand the product Ins and Outs and be able to communicate the same effectively
3. Should have excellent verbal and written skills
4. Should have proper email/phone/text etiquette
5. Should be comfortable with tech tools and streamlining processes as much as possible
