Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the supply chain operations workflow, improving it, and implementing it along with the COO
2. Interacting with warehouse team and central operations team and defining their KRA, KPI, and SOPs
3. Cleaning up product data and uploading it in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory along with meta tags and description
4. Making the warehouse cost model and optimizing it for a higher turnaround ratio
5. Making warehouse inventory live using Zoho Ecommerce and defining ops workflow from customer order to delivery
6. Learning important Excel formulas, pivot tables, and keyboard shortcuts, flow chart making, presentation making, formal email writing
