Job Description
1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Follow communication -scripts- when handling different topics
3. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
4. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise (if required)
5. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
6. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
7. Frequently attend educational seminars/training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level
8. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

. are available for full time (in-office) internship
. are from Chennai and neighboring cities
. have relevant skills and interests
1. Previous experience in a customer support role in the international process (minimum of 6 - 12 months)
2. Knowledge of one Indian regional language will be added advantage (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam)
3. Must have a track record of over-achieving quota
4. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
6. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
7. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
8. Male candidates would be preferred
Work details:
1. Monday to Friday (9:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
2. Saturday & Sunday would be a holiday
3. Strictly no work from home options (preferring only male candidates)
4. Work location: Anna Nagar, Chennai (should have their own transportation)
