Snippt Media Private Limited is a leading product development agency based out of Chennai, India. There are 3 sub-brands under Snippt, Codemycompany - which focuses on startup founders and bring their technology-focused idea to life, by helping them in the product consultation, development, and scaling phases of building a product; Fieldproxy - an in house product, which is a task management platform for any manager that has agents in the field (large clients like ITC, Kelloggs, Johnson & Johnson currently use Fieldproxy to better manage their field operations; and Boringcodecompany - a service offering that is akin to a managed freelance platform, where companies post their small development requirements that are then fulfilled by an in-house team.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking
2. Implementing success programs, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn
3. Providing insights on client-to-business interactions and working on improving customer experience through product support
4. Handling customer complaints and requests
5. Developing and managing client portfolios
6. Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing the value
7. Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience
8. Holding product demonstrations for customers
9. Improving onboarding processes
10. Evaluating and improving tutorials and other communication infrastructure
11. Mediating between clients and the organization
12. Handling and resolving customer requests and complaints
13. Minimizing customer churn
14. Assisting in product design and product development

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 4 to 6 Lac/annum
