Job Description
1. Follow the set process steps in the operations team to execute routine assignments
2. Liaise with vendors, get quotations, put together comparison excel sheets, and arrive at an appropriate vendor recommendation
3. Understand and maintain track of all the contracts signed by the company such as the terms and conditions, upcoming renewals, and other parameters
4. Understand the contract terms, utility, and general terms and conditions for all software products and services used by SysCloud
5. Assist in the maintenance of the asset register are maintained and inventory management basics
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Apr'21 and 20th May'21
3. are available for duration of 5 months
4. are from Chennai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must be a go-getter who gets the conversations started with vendors and manage the commercial aspects of the B2B relationship
2. Preference will be given to candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate the company viewpoint
3. Must be open to traveling openly
