Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Provide confidential administrative assistance to the chief operating officer and other executives in the company
2. Generate several reports of daily, monthly, and yearly transactions (i.e. sales, travel reimbursements, leave, etc.)
3. Liaison with external institutions, other offices, and clients
4. Collect, enters, and maintains information to maintain departmental databases and records
5. Screen and assess incoming and outgoing correspondence and develops replies

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 16th Feb'21 and 23rd Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Chennai, Chennai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Strong written and spoken English would be required
2. Regional languages: Proficiency is a definite plus (i.e. Tamil and Hindi)
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and PowerPoint
