About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle customers and resolve their concerns
2. Cascade the product information to the customers
3. Handle approximately 150 calls in a day
4. Manage average handling time as per the SLA (service level agreement)
5. Manage CSAT & ISAT as per SLA
