Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support our clients in their day to day operations by resolving their queries/complaints
2. Lead a group of blue-collar workers to help them achieve their operational goals (you may be leading 15-50 such workers depending on your performance)
3. Work on recruitment screening for the blue-collar workers over the phone
4. Work to onboard them on a day to day basis
5. Track their performance metrics such as daily login and attendance
6. Make sure that they are well-groomed, etc.
7. Interact with clients and manage client relationship (example - you will be interacting with clients of Swiggy, Amazon, and Uber City leads on a day to day basis)
Note: The internship will require to go on-field at least twice a week to onboard and train these guys.
Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 16th Sep'20 and 21st Oct'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
