Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
2. Greeting all visitors
3. Transferring calls as necessary
4. Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
5. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
6. Maintaining office services as required
7. Receiving and dispatching deliveries
8. Assisting with mails as required
9. Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
10. Assisting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and termination processes
