Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Visiting the main trading locations of the commodities within the district/city to engage with traders of all size
2. Persuading traders to draw quality report from the Praman app for completing their trades
3. Following SOP (mainly sampling integrity) to take photos and generating the quality report on the Praman app for the traders who need assistance for the initial usage
4. Sharing quality results with the other side of the users (who could be either buyer or seller)
5. Gathering and learning the feedback from the traders to further improve the app
6. Publishing the daily reports generated that day, phone number shared with, nature of user (buyer/ seller), and feedback
7. Learning any changes in SOP and changing report generation accordingly
8. Following up with users for whom past reports were taken and re-engaging them for report generation
9. Working on sharing quality information with buyers/sellers in this district
