Job Description
1. Acting as a bridge between our client and their customers through emails & chats
2. Nurture the already existing relationships
3. Managing portfolio, maintaining, and nurturing existing relationships with customers
4. Serving as a bridge between the customers, our client, and the venue partners
5. Reporting loopholes in the process using the information provided by our team
6. Providing emotional support as and when required

1. Must have English proficiency (written)
2. Must be a graduate
3. Must have excellent communication skills as they will be dealing with international people
4. Must be decisive, spontaneous, humble towards the customers, and have patience
5. Previous experience in customer handling roles/hospitality shall be preferred
6. People having command over languages like French and Spanish are also welcomed
7. Must be a good human being who lays importance on empathy with the customers
