Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle administration of global/local HR transactions
2. Document, communicate and explain details of end to end processes and policies
3. Collaborate with internal COEs and partners across different regions to effectively respond to queries and questions within defined SLA's
4. Act as the first point of contact for client queries
5. Ensure all escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is communicated
6. Cultivate networks across a variety of functions and locations to enable excellence in service delivery
7. Provide support for audit requests
8. Ensure all standard operating procedures are continuously updated/maintained based on knowledge and understanding of processes manage

Other requirements
1. Must be pursuing or have completed MBA
2. Global and/or country-specific knowledge will be an asset
3. Must have the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
4. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Must be able to perform job responsibilities and duties under minimal supervision
6. Must have strong customer service orientation
