About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating with IT professionals and monitoring day-to-day operations
2. Delegating work along with monitoring, tracking, and gathering work status from employees
3. Communicating with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently
4. Improving the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission
5. Specifically supporting better management reporting, information flow, and management, business processes, and organizational planning

Other requirements
1. Must have strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies - Agile/Scrum
2. Must be ready to accept any challenge in work and also research, analyze, prepare, and manage to do any task given
3. Must have good communication skills
4. Must have the willingness to take the leadership role and the desire to learn
5. Must be proficient in using computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, etc.
