Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on executing and cultivating the customer journey for satisfaction and retention
2. Work on overseeing the execution of demo/online classes, coordination with training partners and students, improve feedback mechanism, the roll-out of certifications, and strengthen the customer experience
3. Work with the founding team in setting up the operational metrics to objectively understand and better customer satisfaction
4. Work on gaining overall clarity of the market and adopt best practices especially suited for the education space
5. Work on overseeing the execution of the first-ever online talent competition for the K 12 segment
6. Work on communicating market feedback to stakeholders to ensure customer success
7. Ensure proper communication between instructors, students, parents, and the management to facilitate smooth functioning
