Job Description
1. Work on being responsible for the end-to-end order management (order to delivery, including returns)
2. Work on coordinating with the warehousing team on the status of stock availability from time-to-time
3. Track record of successful orders, and an ability to collaborate closely with different teams to make the delivery
4. Work on being a knowledge and task resource for the company for all things related to order management
5. Work on monitoring and resolution of all order issues
6. Help with any other work related to order management based on the requirements of the company
7. Work on tracking price points and online sales and generating leads
8. Work in an e-commerce or logistics environment focused on orders

2. can start the internship between 18th Dec'20 and 22nd Jan'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Hyderabad and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must be comfortable working with end customers, vendors, and B2B partners
2. Should have good communication skills
3. Should be flexible to work at odd hours
4. Must be willing to work in a startup environment
5. Candidates with experience in delivery management will be preferred
6. Experience in e-commerce companies will be an added advantage
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
