Job Description
1. Working as a personal assistant to the MD
2. Organizing daily tasks using MS Excel
3. Communicating to the MD daily about prioritization of tasks
4. Reviewing resumes and compiling interview questions inside the recruitment system
5. Prioritizing resumes based on selection criteria
6. Contacting passive candidates about current availability
7. Searching LinkedIn for various profiles matching selection criteria
8. Working on the detailed organization of candidates inside the recruitment system based in selection criteria
9. Detailing and scheduling the MD for interviews
10. Organizing calendar and meetings
11. Writing reports
12. Researching on the respective topics
13. Communicating with candidates on WhatsApp to organize detailed interviews

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 10th Sep'20 and 15th Oct'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Hyderabad and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must have excellent excel skills including macros lookups and using excel for organization
2. Hard-working, must be willing to put in extra efforts whenever necessary to meet clients' expectations and deadlines
3. Must have excellent oral and written English skills as the candidates will be communicating with clients in Australia, therefore, it is imperative that clients and candidates do not have to repeat themselves
4. Must be a fast typist
5. Must show intelligence and logic abilities
6. Must be super organized and display processes to stay organized
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 10000 on every Client Recruitment Closure that you make or deliver.
Bonuses are paid on successful candidates placed with clients and the level of contribution to each client assignment. Job Reference ID is 16451 when communicating with our team.
