Job Description
1. Sort incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries for distribution
2. Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and packages
3. Forward incoming general e-mails to the appropriate staff member
4. Relay voice mail from the general mailbox to the appropriate staff member
5. Work on data entry and upkeep of the organization's databases, ensuring a high level of accuracy
6. Provide administrative support to management and other staff
7. Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
8. Draft purchase orders request for quotes, sales quotations, tender documents
9. Maintain records of RFQ/PO/SQ/sales orders/LCs

1. Should be proficient in MS Office (mainly MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word)
2. Should be proficient in English including reading, listening, written and spoken, with good grades and confidence
3. Should have the ability to communicate in English confidently
4. Should have proficiency in the use of computer programs for- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), internet
5. Should have proficiency in the use of office equipment: computer, voice messaging systems, fax, and photocopier
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
