Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Getting trained on all front office functions
2. Handling the E-commerce portals.
3. Attending phone calls, and forwarding them to the concerned people
4. Receiving couriers and forwarding them to the addressed people
5. Maintaining the visitors' record
6. Allotting the sessions and appointment time with the authorities to the clients
7. Managing all the necessary preparations for important events and conventions
8. Checking and replying to emails
9. Coordinating and maintaining inter-communication between various departments
10. Arranging transport for the workers of the company
11. Focusing on providing customer-oriented services and fulfillment
