Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling end-to-end responsibility for managing the operations in the respective areas
2. Working on ensuring physical verification of the property and maintenance of the property
3. Working on coordinating a visit with prospective tenants and conducting a property inspection
4. Ensuring a complete handover while tenants move in or out
