Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle across channels (store, website, social media)
2. Interact with customers to generate sales, resolve queries and take feedback
3. Coordinate with store manager to systematically package, label, and dispatch orders
4. Plan delivery schedules and routes & order fulfillment
5. Manage delivery teams for smooth functioning of operations and on-time deliveries
6. Maintain and update stock levels, quantity, and quality
7. Monitor and account for stock inventory in the branch
8. Track inventory forecasts and maintain optimal level of stocks
9. Provide input to management for ensuring zero stock out incidents and zero late delivery incidents
10. Track slow and fast-moving inventory and inform about SKUs likely to expire
11. Organize and upload product information on the website
12. Handle the quality check of the product display and information
13. Perform basic e-commerce system technical maintenance
14. Perform testing on web and mobile platforms

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per order target achieved).
