About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attend guests
2. Greet guests appropriately
3. Maintain guest register
4. Direct visitors to the person in concern
5. Ensure replacement in your absent from reception desk
6. Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
7. Deal with queries and provide correct information
8. Take and deliver messages accurately and completely
9. Maintain the reception are
10. Collect and record cash payments
11. Prepare travel vouchers
12. Maintain finances in a book
