Job Description
1. Work on receiving orders, placing orders, and executing orders
2. Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth
3. Make potential customer calls and draft day to day emails
4. Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through resolution
5. Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
6. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
7. Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
8. Manage invoices and coordinate with accounts team
9. Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
