About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with managers to determine webinar needs
2. Conduct webinar individually with experts
3. Prepare session material such as module summaries, videos, etc.
4. Support and mentor new employees
5. Plan and schedule training sessions
6. Design and implement webinar programs
7. Monitor and present employee performance
