Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct data entry, process invoices, manage vendor payments, and manage calendars and appointment scheduling.
- Handle preparation, processing, and archiving of various types of documentation and paperwork
- Work on data entry and processing, inspection and inventory logs, maintaining records, timesheets, and assisting seniors
