About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on supply chain operations for our e-commerce business which includes demand forecasting, ordering, inventory management, shipping, and reverse logistics
2. Interacting with suppliers, payment gateway providers, software developers, and logistics team towards smooth functioning of the e-commerce operations
3. Helping customers to complete purchases, resolve queries, requests and other pre-sale and post-sale support
4. Working on customer support operations through a ticketing and request tracking application
