Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Work on the daily verification of all purchase invoices with the respective purchase orders, agreements, verification with approvals, and supporting documents
- Process invoices in workflow/application as per guidelines
- Handle invoice exceptions by coordinating with business/suppliers
- Process credit notes in the system
- Update the payment confirmations to the respective requesters
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices

- Knowledge of purchasing processes
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude
- Must have a good typing speed of 35WPM with 100% accuracy
