Job Description
Operations
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Follow up and report day-to-day activities to the project managers/stakeholders
2. Support Reachvel virtual team/stakeholders on a daily and demand basis
3. Schedule and moderate virtual meetings with clients
4. Communicate with existing customers through various modes of communication
5. Address all the client queries and coordinate with the team toward the resolution
6. Prepare reports as per the company standards and present the same to the stakeholders
