Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate and facilitate in-depth project reviews, follow up on action items/meetings and workshops for project execution
2. Plan for meetings and workshops with agendas, take meeting minutes, track action items, risks, and issues
3. Track business and technical deliverables and keep the project plan up to date
4. Understand production demands, plans, and requirements

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
2. Knowledge in project management, supply chain management, and operations
3. Basic knowledge of PM tools like Smart Sheet Jira, MS-Office, and ERP tools
4. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
5. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
6. Basic knowledge in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma
7. Good-to-have: Basic knowledge of project management tools preferred
8. Desired qualification: BE/B. Tech (any relevant engineering domain) and pursuing MBA in operations, supply chain management
9. Work Experience: 0-2 years
