Position Description

In this position, the candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience for use of the Splunk enterprise platform. As part of this dynamic team you will be working with customers for on-boarding data into Splunk, creating dashboards and alerts, along with maintaining the Splunk platform.
Projects will vary based upon the needs of the portfolio, but will include: Customer interaction based on project and ticket requests.
Evaluation of new offerings to enhance the platform.
On-Call Rotation for support of the platform. Splunk configuration. Dashboard Alert Creation. Script development and modification

Skills Required:
Splunk / Dynatrace / SiteScope / VictorOps / Monitoring application Experience .
RESTful API Experience . Linux/Windows server experience . SQL Experience - MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle .

Experience Preferred

Full Stack Development Experience. Automation Experience. Version control (GIT) Experience. Jenkins / CI-CD Pipeline Experience

Education Required: BE/BTech/BCA/MCA in related field.
