- Atleast 4 years of sales experience in financial services (LAP, HL, TASC, SME, Retail Loans, etc) or in education sector.
- Should have good analytical and report writing skills; proficiency in using computer is essential.
- Good communication skills, local language knowledge essential.

The company started its operations in December 2008 from Hyderabad, and has expanded since to other cities and states of India.
