Job Description
Job Summary
- An Operations executive will be the link between the customers, partner/clients and staff and will have to manage the smooth working of the business on a day-to-day basis.
Other responsibilities include:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow up for Inquiries.
- Coordinate with Partner Diagnostic centres and hospitals.
- Coordinate with customers for helping them with booking tests or packages.
- Booking tests on behalf of customers and scheduling the tests accordingly.
- Follow up calls with the customers.
An operations executive is required to have:
- good communication skills
- knowledge of the local language
- basic computer knowledge
- 4.00 PM to 10.00 PM
