Job Description
- Responsible for managing Micro Focus SaaS solutions across multiple environments and data centers.
- Manage and support staging and production farms including customer instances.
- Troubleshoot availability, performance and functional issues, patch upgrades, major upgrades, customer migrations.
- Implement new monitoring capabilities to achieve full visibility on production environment.
- Performing maintenance activities.
- Production changes and incident management.
- Support application issues and collaborate with other teams within SaaS, to provide acceptable workarounds / solutions.
- Service Request fulfillment and tailoring.
- Classify product issues, and report relevant bugs to R&D.
- Document, manage and maintain product knowledge received from R&D.
- Ensure SaaS standards are in place.
