Job Description
- Urgent required in Travel Sales and Operations Executive at Letstravl
- Experience: 2-3 years Experience in domestic & international, travel and tourism.
- Basic Skill set Any Graduate, freshers are also welcome.
Requirements:
- Making quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers.
- Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimise time slots and priority.
- Follow up with clients by phone/email/WhatsApp about their queries.
- Keeping track of documentation, payments.
- Desired Skill set Excellent knowledge of Geography, Airline Fares, Hotels, Food, Internet research etc.
- Excellent Written and Spoken Communication.
- Candidate should be ready to work any hours and holidays as well.
- Candidate will be responsible for responding clients inquiries as soon as possible with suitable itinerary and costing and follow up regularly.
- Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service.
