Operations Manager
Job Description
This position is for a manager / personal assistant for my family.
The job responsibilities are included below.
Manage the day to day operations of about 10 properties.
This includes interfacing with the tenants.
Working with the local team to resolve any maintenance issues.
Show vacant properties to prospective tenants
Handle phone calls from current and prospective tenants (phone reimbursement)
Handle any day to day banking responsibilities.
Manage a team of 2-3 people for any property related management.
Skills Needed:
Computer skills; create/print/scan documents.
Should have a 2 wheeler for transportation
Ability to converse in basic english
Mediate issues between tenants
