Job Description

This position is for a manager / personal assistant for my family.


The job responsibilities are included below.


  • Manage the day to day operations of about 10 properties.

    • This includes interfacing with the tenants.

    • Working with the local team to resolve any maintenance issues.

    • Show vacant properties to prospective tenants

    • Handle phone calls from current and prospective tenants (phone reimbursement)

  • Handle any day to day banking responsibilities.

  • Manage a team of 2-3 people for any property related management.



Skills Needed:

  • Computer skills; create/print/scan documents.

  • Should have a 2 wheeler for transportation

  • Ability to converse in basic english

  • Mediate issues between tenants
