Job Description
- Play a Stellar Role in handling the process of franchise & project management in Laundry & Dry Cleaning.
- Demonstrate excellence in setting up new laundry operations.
- Ensure 100 % customer service and qualities are met.
- Handling Marketing Promotions Activities through different Resources.
- Handling Branding, Marketing, and Training.
- Looking For all roles and responsibilities of Northern India
- Work closely with top management to implement and manage operational plans.
- Oversee all customer enquiries and complaints to ensure they are resolved quickly and professionally.
- Closely work with all departments within company to ensure highest level of service.
- Identifying and developing revenue and growth opportunities for current customer turnover.
- Reviewing and negotiating Customer Contract Renewals.
- Adept at overseeing laundry procedures to ensure that job standards are met.
- Organizing & conducting personality development programme for staff and workers and introducing multi-skill training system.
- Adept at people management, maintaining healthy employee relations, handling grievances thus creating an amicable & transparent environment
- Strong analytical abilities combined with skills to plan & implement novel ideas.
- Essayed a key role in enhancing the customer experience by leading team of associates in providing strong levels of customer service as per the requirement.
- Acknowledged for finding new business partners and accordingly developed & launched products with them.
- Achieve Operational excellence -People, Product & Equipment with Process & Precision.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly P&L ; Daily P & L for insight and penetration of the business on the profitability parameter.
- Forecasting- Budgets, Sales, Manpower requirement.
- Complete Ownership and Accountability of P&L.
- Performance Appraisals of Team & Management, identify potential for the next level stretch and coach.
- People & Management grievances and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
