RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage and motivate team to deliver to agreed targets and quality within a specified time scale. .
- Bridge the gap between sales team and technical team to avoid conflicts
- Communicate with clients to understand requirement and communicate the same to technical team for better understanding
- Attend client meetings.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Managing relationships with point of contacts and vendors
- Strong logical thinking, Business problem solver
- Quick learner of new technologies and business functions
- Highly motivated, self-starter and team player
- To front end and manage client relationship and communications including handling critical issues and providing solutions to problems
- Excellent communication skills.
