Our operations team is responsible for order fulfilment, logistics and customer experience.
Responsibilities of the Operations Executive:
· Partner with Sales Team and coordinate movement of material from one location to another.
· Deliver books to customers, distributors and other parties.
· Deliver invoices and collect payments.
· Work with printers and distributors.
· Handle Packaging and all other office related jobs.
Desired Candidate:
· 1-4 years of operations experience preferred. Freshers are also welcome.
· Strong Time management skills and the ability to prioritize in order to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals.
· Structured problem solving, detail oriented and customer-first attitude.
· Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems.
· Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service.
· Must have ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
· Should have a bike
· Should be available to work on weekends (if required)
· Should know Hyderabad geographical area
· Should be ready to travel within the city
