We are Wealth Guru Consultants, a CFA Firm, we are basically into Portfolio Management Services wherein we provide Wealth Management, Risk Management and Tax Management Services to our Clients. 

We are basically into Investment Banking stream and educate our clients for Investment option and Insurances.
We Require a Young, Enthusiastic, Zealed, Career Oriented, Presentable and Talented Female Candidate with good communication skills and a Zeal to work with responsibility and excel for our Organization.
The Candidate would be Supposed to Take Care for a Small Team of 2-3 Tele Callers and 2-3 Sales Managers, The Tele Marketing Team would be required to Do Tele Marketing and Generating appointment and Leads for Basic Insurance products Like Health Insurance and the Sales Managers would be assigned the Leads and meeting to do the needful further.. The candidate has to Supervise the work of these Callers and Sales Manager maintain a Excel Record of various Lead Generated, Meetings Scheduled and Following up with the Clients for conversion and Closure of the deal.
Apart from this the Candidate would also be required to Take care of our Existing Clients, Wealth Management Business, Support in smooth Functioning of Portfolio Management and Would be required to be doing the following tasks :-

• Directly Reporting to Chief Portfolio Manager of the Company.
  
• Maintain a Healthy Relationship with the existing clients.
  
• Taking care for Client Service & Queries as and when it arises from a Existing Client.
  
• Designing and accomplishing the Campaigns for Business Promotion over ground and Social Media Platforms.
  
• Taking care of the Mutual Fund and SIP Business through Cross Sell, Reference Sell through Existing clients and Through Promotion over Social Media Platforms.
  
• Try to Get some appointments for presentation for Wealth Management in Organization and Institutes for Bulk Sales in support to the Chief Portfolio Manager.
  
• Accompanying over Group Presentations in organizations.
  
• Taking care for the Portfolio Soft-wares and Data to be maintained properly.
  
• Ensuring the Renewal Business to be timely collected and deposited.
  
• Ensuring to keep track and Record of Dispatch of Investment and Insurance Documents to the Clients on Time.
  
• Ensuring for the Cross Sales to the existing clients for our new Products over Phone and through Social Media Platforms.
  
• Ensuring for the Reference Lead Generation from the existing clients for various products and getting it closed with the help of Sales Team.
  
• Maintain the meetings , Schedules and appointments of the Reporting Boss.
  

Requirements

• Fresher MBA and Graduates May Apply.
  
• Good Communication Skills is Mandatory.
  
• Good Working Knowledge of Computer, MS Office.
  
• Good Presentation Skills.
  
• Eager to Learn and Grow with the System.
  
• Willingness to work and Manage small Team Efficiently.
  
• Accompanying the Seniors for presentations within the city (Only If Required).
  
• Willingness to work in a company for a longer duration.
