Job Description: (including but not limited to)
- Provide management and coordination of administrative and operations-related functions for the fulfilment program/ projects inside the organization.
- Perform active monitoring and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage staff in the day-to-day operations for functional area(s) of responsibility. Responsible for timely publication of Courses along with regular progress reporting.
- Evaluate and improve business processes to achieve best efficiency and operational and/or financial effectiveness.
- Analyze issues on regular basis and provide effective resolution through necessary fixes and resourcing.
- Interpret, implement and ensure that all the needs are met for student satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or three years of relevant experience in administrative management, or combination of education and relevant experience, or similar experience in Education industry
- Demonstrated supervisory skills including conflict resolution.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable in working on Enterprise Management Software and Tools
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
