Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling entire city Operations of Mumbai
- Managing & monitoring the operation, fleet and sales department
- Supervising & monitoring the work of Operations & Sales department which includes
- Assigning, procuring, route mapping, pick-up & deliveries of product
- Controlling transportation & distribution costs
- Streamlining Last Mile Ops related process such as 3PL Vendor Management, City Cash management, Last Mile Costs, Vendor On boarding, SLA Management, Cash reconciliation etc.
- Monitoring multiple MIS to keep a track of day to day city operations
- Reconciliation of Vendor & 3PL invoices
Skills Required
- Experience in setting up an eCommerce function will be much preferred.
- Demonstrated intense customer focus.
- Demonstrated highest level of integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic.
- Prior team management experience is a must
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as the local language
Qualification : Graduate degree / MBA from tier 1 & tier 2 institutes
