Operations Manager

Manipal- Government of Karnataka (GOK) Bioincubator invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Operations Manager (OM) with minimum 8 years of experience & preferably with the knowledge of working in Bioincubators /TBI/ Incubators. We are looking for an eminent Operations Manager to implement the programmes and activities of Bioincubator as per the objectives of organisation and under the direction of

Director/CEO. Or should have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, general knowledge of legal, corporate and financial operations, including the ability to draft project proposals and terms of reference for various assignments. Good interpersonal skills, addressing audience, ability to work independently and collaboratively with professional and technical staff from diverse scientific backgrounds at senior and junior levels. OM should have the ability to understand specific issues/problems and broad trends pertaining to incubation in the context of scientific development, market forces, and analyses opportunities and develops solutions workable in the local context. Ability to collect data using various methods and strategies and adapts rapidly to changing situations that ensures quality outputs are expected. OM should identify priority activities and assignments, and adjusts priorities to achieve clear goals.

Technical Manager

Manipal- Government of Karnataka (GOK) Bioincubator invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Technical Manager (TM) with minimum 5 years of experience & preferably with the knowledge of working in Bioincubators /R&D organizations/ Scientific Laboratories. We are looking for an experiencedTechnical Manager to implement the incubation programmes and activities of Bioincubator as per the objectives of organisation and under the direction of Director/CEO/Operations Manager. TM should have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, basic knowledge in Life Science/Biotech/Pharma/Health Sector, including the ability to draft project proposals, project planning, financial inference and terms of reference for various assignments. Good interpersonal skills, addressing audience, ability to work independently and collaboratively with professional and technical staff, from diverse scientific backgrounds at senior and junior levels. TM should have the ability to understand technical issues/problems and broad trends pertaining to incubation in the context of scientific laboatory operation, supporting experiments, adopt standard laboratory practices, procedures, policies, regulations, and analyses opportunities to develop solutions workable in the local context. Ability to collect data using various methods and strategies and adapts rapidly to changing situations that ensures quality outputs are expected. TM should identify priority activities and assignments, and adjusts priorities to achieve clear goals.

Remunerations: As per MAHE policy, starting Rs. 45,000/- month (negotiable as per experience)
