Operations Onboarding
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate - Freshers Only
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Get hands-on experience in handling the RazorpayX Onboarding life-cycle for Businesses from start to finish
- Work closely with Businesses and Sales teams in getting the Current Account documentation completed
- Handle end-to-end communication with internal/external stakeholders at various stages during Onboarding
- Liaise with Banks to ensure coordination and completion of Onboarding in a smooth and timely manner
- Work on the Current Account Lead Management System and act as a bridge between the Bank and Sales Teams/Businesses
- Work on activation of RazorpayX Sign-ups and maintain 0-1 working days TAT
- Collaborate closely with internal teams like Banking, Sales, and Product as the product scales and strengthen the existing processes
