- Answering customers phone calls (when and if required)
- Maintain order sheet, make sure all the orders are updated
- Oversee order execution process – passing order to the delivery team and to florist team, scheduling deliveries and oversee quality of the product
- Oversee gifts shipping process – processing the order, packing, scheduling with courier partners
