Job Description
Applications are invited from 12th pass (minimum) candidates for village-level milk collection centres situated in and around Villupuram Town Tamil Nadu.
Job role includes the following:Collection of milk from villagers Quality control of milk collected with an automatic milk collection unit Maintenance of bulk milk coolers Maintenance of books of accounts and records Data entry through computer/laptop Sale of cattle feed / green fodder / basic medicines required for cattle Assisting in marketing and awareness programs Conducting bi-monthly meetings and group initiatives for villagers Assisting in cattle medical camps Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass,
Two-wheeler driving licence - must
Proficiency in the Tamil language to read, write and speak Tamil is a must. Remuneration :
Minimum monthly salary Rs 15,000/-. Depending on qualification and experience a higher salary may be considered.
In addition - performance incentives, yearly increments, bonus, EPF / PPF, perks, leave travel assistance, casual, medical and earned leave etc.
Additional Details :
Selected candidates are expected to reside in respective villages of posting.
Free accommodation is provided.
For the long term, career-oriented candidates very good growth prospects and promotions depending on performance is assured. Initially, for the first five years (-5- years) posting will be in Tamil Nadu. However, selected candidates must be willing to work anywhere in India.
