Duties and Responsibilities
- Will be part of the PMO team within Development Team
- Duties will involve working with all the development teams for tracking projects status
- Reporting the project status to all directions
- Brining upon Project Risks
- Facilitate Go-No-Go meetings
- The job role may also involve tracking Care and Maintenance Activities, which includes
- L3 issues tracking and reporting status to CS/PS/Higher ups
- Preparing/validating R&D Metrics data
- Tracking SP schedules and provide early warning on sleepages/risks
- Ensure adherence to processes and recommend improvement to process gaps wherever reuired
- Ensure the information is updated in Jira and Opean Air all the time.
Nice to have
- Experience / Exposure to Agile methodology is an advantage.
- Knowledge on Jira/OpenAir
Cut Off Percentage : 60% throughout
